Forum OpenACS Q&A: Problems creating new package

hi,

  i'm new to openacs, and i'm having problems creating a new package as set in the tutorial of chapter 8 in the documentation

  first of all when i initialise a new package and mount it, i can't find the page on http://127.0.0.1:8000/samplenote or http://127.0.0.1:8000/note

  i've followed the instructions correctly, but i keep getting this error:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

  secondly, am i supposed to have a directory called:

/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets?

  because when i do the 'Make' command it complains that it cannot find the chunk.xsl file, and when i looked closely, that chunk file is actually stored in the:
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/yelp/docbook/html directory

  can anyone tell me why i cannot create a new package - have i possibly installed the system in wrong?
