I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this message but if it's inappropriate, please let me know.
I work at an institution that is using OpenACS and Postgres to write a centralized database application. It has been in progress for just over a year now.
We have enlisted the skills of an outside programmer who has written many thousands lines of code, both SQL and TCL for this application. We do not yet have the in-house expertise to evaluate the code base. Although everything is working very well, the people holding the purse strings would like a code review done.
Is there anyone on this list-serv that does this kind of thing? If not, does anyone know of someone in this community that does this kind of thing?
