I modified the procedure ad_return_complaint in the packages/acs-tcl/tcl directory. But it is not showing the the modified code effect. And also i want to use default template (i.e. default-master.adp) as a master template for the output how to do this? Please it's urgent.

Did you make sure that the modified file was reloaded? You can do this by either setting a "watch" on the file in the package manager or by restarting your server (aolserver).
