That used to be the case with ACS 3, but no longer is - I don't believe
there has ever been a supported option for storing cleartext passwords
in any ACS 4 release. I guess there could still be some residual
support lying around, but I haven't seen it - ad_check_password and
ad_change_password from a 4.6.2 tree can certainly only deal with
hashed passwords...
