Reverting to the 4.5 version of /packages/acs-tcl/tcl/utilities-procs.tcl fixes the problem.

Jade,

Take a look at this thread. Your symptoms seem similar to mine. I think the problem occurs when your server is on a nonstandard port and the browser is MSIE.

The patch I supplied fixed my problem.
