I have a problem understanding what the author mean by

4. Add the following folders to your PATH environment variable:
“C:\aolserver\bin”
“C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.2\bin”

Windows 2000 and windows XP also ahve environment variables such as path, here's a link that shows you how to modify it:

just check that aolsercer and postgreSQL are instaled there and add ;C:\aolserver\bin;C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.2\bin to the end of the string of the path variable

Another question that I wanna ask is step 6.

I dont know how to Create one Postgresql database.
