Forum OpenACS Development: Missing attachments upgrade for dotLRN

The latest dotLRN uses attachments for forums. If you upgrade existing forums will provide attachment upload in the ui but it will not work. there seems to be no upgrade that goes through existing forums and mounts attachments instances.
