I started work on site-wide-search and am currently browsing through the code. I'll be working on a 4.6ish site and shipping back the code won't be an issue.

During the recent CVS repository cleanup the acs-content package was removed, which it is required for site-wide-search. Please put it back - at least for now.

I'll be most likely merging acs-content into site-wide-search then.
