We overhauled the code of Mat Kovach for acs-mail-lite, made the bounce-management work with Postfix, added service contracts and did some code cleanup.

I'd strongly encourage the OCT to include this in the main tree, but for now it sits with Version Number 0.3 in the contrib directory (as this is needed for the mailing-list package to work).

Sounds great! I'd just like to note that, like discussed before, it would make sense to consider merging this stuff into the acs-mail package to end the confusing existence of parallel packages.
