AFAIK there is no definitive list of parameters to use in the master template; but then you don't really need one as you can create your own according to your needs.
A good way to start is to look at the dotlrn-master files, take a copy and try them out with changes you might want to make.
Not much detail I know, but it depends on what you want to do and how much you already know about TCL/templating :)
