Upgrade to AOLserver 4.0+

Integrate better with 3rd party (non-aolserver/oacs) TCL packages - e.g. evaluate TCL core, tcllib, cURL, etc. If we don't like those packages, contribute back to the TCL team.

Code-generation from a XML or other formatted spec/template/langauge for rapid dev and more consistency in DML,forms, permissions, etc

Central APM repository that an installed site's admin can query against/upgrade from with support in the /admin hierarchy to do this.

A good webmail package.

Ability to use the system to spam arbitrary members (like in the 3.x systems) from the admin screen.

Ability to add 'prospects' to the system, without giving them specific membership in the system. In other words, when they go to sign up, the system doesn't say "sorry, you're already in here - want us to email your password?" And then the ability to spam these people, as mentioned above :)
