Only one external item for this issue, so hopefully this is an
indication of precisely how busy people are with giving 5.0 the
finishing touches! 😉
On a more serious note, then, if people prefer to post the news
they may have directly in the forums, then we might perhaps want to
consider whether we need a newsletter at all. Going to monthly issues
might make people even more reluctant to send in news instead of
waiting for the next issue, yet on the other hand a newsletter without
news is a bit pointless.

This adds up to apparently and precisely no bugs fixed since the last
newsletter, which is non-sense, of course, even judging purely from
the CVS trace. So from this issue we will track the closed+resolved
count as well, which is 781.
