1. A forum especially for beginners. For some people posting to the forums is like a first year student being pushed into graduate Quantum Physics. There are 6000+ members but how many 'regulars'?
2. A usable CMS UI. Just copy (legally) an already successful one and graft the functionality. Then put it in the 'out-of-box' version of OpenACS (along with some attractive design templates) so that new user can start adding content quickly/effortlessly 2 minutes after restart. Once this is there, they will find uses for the other 'dynamic' applications. The Redhat CMS UI looks good to me. Is it legal to take design cues from it?
