Faq-O-Matic (http://faqomatic.sourceforge.net) is a nice tool, better than a wiki in many aspects. But it's based on a system-file database, and the extensibility is problematic.

Is there an acs-content-repository based similar tool?
If not, any idea of not deprecated bricks in order to built the tool? general-comments, cms?

Dave B. built a Wiki, which is based on the content repository. You can search for his posting on it. He also has a demo on his website.

You can assign permissions using OpenACS permissions, which is better than most Wikis, because you could have restricted lists of people who can use it.
