In what areas is the index.vuh you will add to File Storage different from the one I recently added under /view/ as a complement to the original one under /download/, and which is currently in 5.0 HEAD?
(The index.vuh file I added under /view/ is an almost exact copy of the "CR-generic" one under /acs-content-repository/ which uses a fixed version of "content::init" which enables "pretty URLs" and an easy way to template content items/types in general)
