I put the index.vuh under "/view" because "/" holds an index.tcl/adp pair already and "/download" was taken 😊
I'm not sure I understand which problem it abstracts; in what way is the extra folder a problem? (Of course, it would be neat if you could get rid of it.)
Our main concern was to get relative linking to work, which had the positive side effect that it introduced (relatively) pretty URLs.
