Forum OpenACS Development: Content Management System (CMS) features and evaluation.

Searching the web for a particular project I have found two interesting tools in order to evaluate a CMS:

(1) The James Robertson article, "How to evaluate a Content Management System": http://www.steptwo.com.au/papers/kmc_evaluate/

(2) The tool for the CMS comparisions (with an outdated version of OpenACS: 5.1.2): http://www.cmsmatrix.org

With the idea of introducing non-redundant information in the forums, I was looking for these two tools in the forum, and I only found one entry for the second: https://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=330044 , therefore I'm sharing both here.
