Before anyone else has to look for ages, here is what I did to get it going:
- Go to /acs-lang/admin
- Enable the language you want to install by clicking on the checkbox
- Once enabled click on the label link
- You will see a link to import all messages for this locale. Click it and you are done
For sure it would be considerably more convenient if step 3 and 4 could be folded into step two.
