We had an OCT discussion and re-opened the thread ... one of our site admins closed it arbitrarily because he thought it was getting out of hand then asked for an OCT decision immediately afterwards. I'm not sure that having the OCT decide rather than the community at large do so but we did, after all, choose to reopen it.
Tom - thanks for acknowledging that you got a bit carried away in this thread. Lord knows I've done so a time or two :)
