Is bboard replaced by forums in 4.6.3?
I can't find bboard in package manager

Yes, forums have replaced bboard. I think you can find it in the obsolete-packages directory or something. You can symlink to it if you want to install it.

I'm newbie to openacs, and I've used openacs-3.2.5 before.
Can you teach me some more about enabling package?
I'm not familiar with package manager.
