Hello Patty,
the error you mention is an SMTP Protocol Error saying that the destination server did not find a proper recipient (destination mailbox).

So either your application sends email messages to the wrong mailbox(es) or between your application and the destination server there's a firewall stripping (for whatever reason) the required headers.
