The submit button "Go" on /new-ticket/reports/index.tcl points to the URL
/new-ticket/admin/reports/index.tcl?project_id=$
In my installation there are no sub-directories of /new-ticket/admin. Anyone got any ideas?

This is a nasty problem that will be fixed in the overhaul of BITS
coming along as we speak. For now, symlink
/new-ticket/admin/reports to /new-ticket/reports.
