Art Gillespie of i-no.com has written a shared module for AOLServer
that enables dynamic generation of charts through a TCL scripting
interface. It uses a modified version of Bruce Verderaime's GDChart
library, which in turn uses Thomas Boutell's gd library.  The module
is available at http://www.i-no.com/art/inochart.html.
