You don't understand the dynamics of this organization. Nobody wants to do real work, even if they're paid for it. ;)
More seriously, does anyone here want to do the actual work of selling the T-shirts?
Also, I'm located in Denmark. It really isn't worthwhile to attempt shipping T-shirts over to the US, what with customs and all.
