AOLServer4 + OACS 4.6.3 -- yes, no problem.

PG7.4 + OACS 4.6.3 -- you're likely to have some issues with timestamp/timestamptz change, but the same would apply to PG7.3.4.

So, there should be no reason why all of the above can't work together, with PG caveat.
