Does anyone have the PostgreSQL binaries for Win32??

Looking to try and get openACS setup on NT/2000 but having problems
sourcing binaries for postgreSQL >7.0.0

I believe that 7.0.0 is the latest version for NT. It is available at
ftp://ftp.jacqro.com/pub/postgresql/binary/v7.0/NT/postgresql-7.0-nt-binaries.tar.gz
