Nothing wrong with a pair programming session with Dirk or Timo, but...

Can you please tell me where the office space is located (I'd stay in Spandau during that time and - because of health problems - can't travel too long distances).

Also, Germ Attack (the band I used to manage) are playing in the Schokoladen on Jan 24 (for more info see http://www.germ-attack.de).

Must have been my pre-X-Mas delirium, but Jan 24 should have rang a bell: It's my wife's birthday, so I wont make it then. Sorry.
