Forum .LRN Q&A: A report on the jfki.lrn user-oriented implementation strategy.

I have just prepared a report on our jfki.LRN project to our local funding agency which may be of interest to .LRN users concerned with implementation strategies.  It outlines how we began last spring by thinking in terms of LMS functionality and think now in terms of users and how we might best work closely with them to support teaching and learning and modifying the application accordingly.

The Powerpoint presenation is available at: http://userpage.fu-berlin.de/~mayer/jfkilrn/una_report_jan04_files/frame.htm.

I am currently working my way through the wealth of materials on elearning on the Educause site and am compiling a linked bibliography at: http://home.arcor.de/civici01a/programming/indexdev.htm.  I am hoping to apply to local and regional (Germany) funding agencies for a new grant this Winter and am interested in hearing from potential partners.  I will also be grateful for any advice readers may offer, I am especially interested in hearing from those with similar interests.

All the best,

Bruce Spear
