Have we found a good solution to this yet? I have a Hebrew site going live soon (Greenpeace Israel), and I managed to get almost everything working exactly as it should by adding

<html dir="rtl">

to blank-master.adp

I was thinking of writing up a small text on the problems I encountered, if anyone is interested.
