1: Making Changes to New-Ticket

I have been working with new-ticket for the last couple of weeks.  I
have been modifying tcl code as needed in reponse to error messages.
Its working for me.  So, my question is do you want me do document
the changes made?  Perhaps the changes I have made are incorrect in
that they a kludge to Classic ACS code and are not in the spirit of
the new ticket module for OpenACS.  Perhaps they really are fixes
someone might find useful.

David, have you committed these changes? I watch over new-ticket very carefully because it's a piece of code we use a lot here at OpenForce, so if you've made changes, yes, please send diff files and documentation of what's been done. Thanks!
