If you happen to be on a very slow connection, drop me an email with your snailmail address and I will see if I can get it shipped to you, though this might take a little bit longer. Furthermore, we are working on enhanced versions of the CD, so anyone downloading it and having problems, PLEASE report them via mail to me or Björn Kiebye, so we know about it.
