My SQL upgrade script, required for 2.0.1, was improperly named as discussed here:

I have verified that APM will not recognize it. My apologies for any confusion this may cause. I'm about to rename the file, so this should make it into 2.0.2.
If you've already committed to 2.0.1, please run the following script manually
