Hi guy

    i am a new admin. i got error " OpenACS Installation : Error", can you guide me about config RDBMS. i used Linux redhat9 with AOL Server and postgres

Is the database (you mean postgresql probably?) installed?  Is it running?  (Does ps waux show 'postmaster'?)  What happens if you login as the openACS user ('service0' if you're strictly following the install guide) and type psql?
