There will be an OpenACS social in Manila this coming Saturday, March 27th in the afternoon.

Email me, mailto:patrick@zill.net, to let me know if you are coming and for instructions.

The meeting will be held at a private residence in Paranaque, not too far from the SM Bicutan mall (so we are convenient to the skyway).

Food and refreshments will be provided.  WiFi is available, so bring your laptop if you want - I have a few spare Lucent/Orinoco cards I can lend you.

The advisory group tasked by the Mayor of Los Angeles to come up with a report on what the city should do with wireless broadband has finally released their report.  Its called, "Fast and Easy: The Future of Wi-Fi and Beyond in the City of Los Angeles".  You can find the report at:
