Hi, I'm having a little bit of a problem with the new-ticket module. Upon changing the status of a ticket, I get the following error message: 
We encountered a problem closing your issue. Here was the bad 
news from the database:

invalid command name "ad_system_url"
The status does get updated though! Has this been fixed somewhere?

This looks like a bug. Edit the file /web/server_name/tcl/new-ticket-defs.tcl

Find the command ad_system_url and change it to ad_url.

I've logged it in the sdm...
