I came to this idea because many issues seem to repeat themselves and there are diffrent descriptions for overlapping features which doesn't seem to help progress. I will try to create a general overview over the next few days. It might be an idea to find a common denominator for expected functionality, and use that to rename the effort.
Since the discussion started some time ago, a number of issues may allready have been incorporated in the latest edition of the toolkit. That's also what I will be looking at.
