I'm not in a rush, per se, for 4.0, but as I'm getting ready to
implement an ACS soon, I'd like to know if I should be considering
using 3.2 or 4.0.  If 4.0 will be ready for beta soon, I can take some
beta pain, and maybe even fix broken stuff.
