I tried to download openACS APACHE RPMs through the link on
openacs.org/sdm . When download starts, it shows that .tar file size
is around 20MB. But after downloading 1.5MB, it abruptly stops,
saying server side error. I have tried this twice, once each on
Netscape Navigator & Microsoft Internet Explorer, each time ending
with same thing. Can anybody tell me alternate source for getting
these rpm files?

Must be something the matter with your network link. I just downloaded the RPM to check. I can email it to you if you wish, but I don't think your Yahoo account will accept a 20.4 Mb attachment.
