1. Yes, the CVS tree's your best bet, though an official 3.2.5 release should appear in about two weeks (Roberto's doing bug fix integration and testing this week).
2. You can do a "createlang plpgsql database_name" before running postgres.sql. We should probably suggest users do that and make ourselves immune to "plpgsql.so drift".
