Thanks Don. I agree wholeheartedly with you that the PG website could use some community features, such as the ones OpenACS provides, plus a few more (like the CookBook).
I just finished the revamping of the PL/pgSQL documentation. IMHO it's much much better than the current docs. It has a coherent structure, more subsections, many more examples, more explanations, etc.
I submitted to the PG team and it should be incorporated in PG 7.1. You can look at them now at http://www.brasileiro.net/postgres
