1: Do we need an "OpenACS Applications" bboard?

To the extent that aD has actually utilized it, I've found the "ACS
Applications" bboard to be tremendously helpful. Now that package
porting has started, might it be useful to create a similar bboard
here?

Yes, in fact we might want to grow a couple of other bboards as the
project progresses.  A "help me" bboard specific to 4x (since I know
how opaque it can seem out of the box I know we'll be getting a lot of
"newbie" questions from folks, even those with passing knowledge of
getting OpenACS 3.2 up and running), for instance.
