It appears that the current version of categories does not use tree_sortkey and instead uses the left_ind and right_ind approach. Is there a reason for this other than it was originally developed prior to the tree_sortkey method?
Since all categories are acs_objects, shouldn't it get tree_sortkey for free? Why doesn't it use it? -- Would it be an improper use of context_id?
