I think I've followed all the steps in the various Install docs ...
got AolServer to start up and I can connect, but I'm getting a
directory listing instead of a web page ...

One of the directories is www, which, if I click on it, I'm getting
the login page as I'd expect ... so I'm figuring I missed something
obvious in the docs and/or my configuration ...

Help?

Your document root is set incorrectly in your nsd.tcl file.
