Hey Steve, did you ever get this to compile? I've hit the same problem myself, I'm trying to work through it at the moment, but if you have the solution it could save me another headache!

Hi Tom

Yes I did. It turned out that the version on the cvs won't compile but if you get the version from file storage it works.
By the way there is a caveat that it probably won't compile under aols4 - don't know if thats been resolved.
