I remember seeing a fine page whereby the error details were inserted automatically into a form that the hapless user could add to, explaining what he had done and demonstrating that he was probably not alone, that someone wanted to feel his pain, and that chances are good Progress would be made to avoid this trouble in the future, you know, no more SECURITY VIOLATION screaming at you.
