Feature requests are in the SDM already, we just need to create appropriate modules in the openacs-4 project. Then I'd suggest Jon to post this (and other suggestions) up there.
As for the TODO list, I'll hack something together today and post a link for review. I'll try to make it an add-on to the SDM so we can be consistent.
