Hi all, it seems as if the search functionality of openacs.org is broken?

Yes, this was noted in an earlier forum posting.

The answer given was please use Google and append 'site:openacs.org' to the end of your search string.

My guess is that this is a hangover from a hardware failure some weeks ago. Perhaps this is not yet configured on the replacement server.

I reinstalled the OpenFTS stuff on the openacs.org server. It will take a while to reindex all the content. At least now the search page does not return a request error, although it doesn't return any results either.
