As our documentation is rather static, we could improve things while combining the strengthes of general-comments and sdm....
For example: The sdm should first have a place to input 1.) bugs 2.)feature requests for every documentation page. Then you could directly display the bug reports and the feature requests under each documentation page. A "quick" link under the bugs and feature requests of one documentation page would lead directly to the appropriate input fields at sdm ...
When someone has closed the bug or realized the request the "comments" can be deleted from the doc page. This way you don't lose control concerning verification...
