It looks to me as though you've installed .LRN but haven't actually installed the dotlrn package.

Where did you get your sources?  CVS or via one of our release tarballs?

but i don't know this problem

source is dotlrn.tar.gz

i guess reinstall .LRN to new source

where is /dotlrn/install.xml file ?
