Really, it is just the same as the "add a comment" links at the bottom
of the ACS pages-- but they regularly roll these comments and suggestions
back into the main documentation, and then delete the comment.
The manual is structured to have only one page per main subject, so
there are not too many comments about differing subjects on one page.
The source is available for download (info below), but I believe the
same could be done with a hacked version of the comments system.
